Our client is seeking to recruit a Senior Analyst Programmer who will report to the Software Development Manager.
Responsibilities:
Completing assigned tasks on time and without anomalies.
Ensure that the internal processes are respected.
Plan and execute tasks according to instructions given.
Ensure that the program standards are respected.
Perform unit testing and support integration testing.
Verify that the lines of coding is well committed to avoid losses.
Ensure that tickets are up to date and attended to within a reasonable timeframe.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Mentor and support team members.
Provide support for production issues when required.
Deliver on assigned tasks according to instructions given according to specifications and process.
Share knowledge on the applications and tools.
Propose improvements/innovative solutions on projects, tools and architectures.
Any other reasonable duties assigned to you by Management.
what you need to know
Profile:
Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, software engineering or equivalent.
5 years proven experience in the field.
Sound understanding of coding language Java, Angular, HTML.
OCA/OCP would be an advantage.
Competencies:
Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices.
Strong proficiency in Java development.
Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies.
Being optimist and constructive in all circumstances.
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative and agile environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good organisation skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
High level of initiative and proactivity.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Proven experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Highly self-motivated and directed.
