Our client in the agricultural sector is seeking to recruit an Administrative Clerk.
Responsibilities:
Collect daily site information for ongoing operations.
Record daily attendance.
Perform data entry into the ERP system.
Maintain the archiving management system.
Assist the Operations managers in the purchasing process (preparing purchase orders, contacting suppliers, price comparisons, etc.).
Assist the Operations managers and the Operations Administrative Supervisor in issuing invoices.
Update dashboards.
Analyse data to measure efficiency, costs, revenues, and recommend improvement opportunities.
Check accuracy of information in the ERP and perform weekly and monthly reconciliations.
what you need to know
Profile:
HSC or equivalent.
At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of basic bookkeeping.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills.
Good customer service skills and ability to work well with others.
