Organise and attend board and committee meeting.
Assist the Company Secretary in their duties.

Prepare agendas and board packs.

Profile:

Partly ICSA qualified or related degree in law/management/ business.
2-3 years related experience minimum.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
