Our client, a mutifaceted organisation operating mainly in real estate, leisure and commercial activities is seeking to recruit a Chief Operating Officer who will be responsible for the implementation of business strategies within the group as well as control and monitoring. The incumbent will lead a team for effective and efficeint running of the organisation and its diverse operations whilst remaining focused on projects execution and financial performance.

Main Responsibilities:

Execution of business strategies, projects and annual budgets.
Control and monitoring through systems and processes.
People Management.

what you need to know

At least 10 years proven track record in real estate development or hospitality with strong operational credentials.
Degree or professional qualification in real estate or related field, Marketing, Accounting, Management or Business Finance.
Post Graduate Degree in the above or an MBA.
Strong leadership and influential skills.
Entrepreneurial and ability to drive performance.
Adaptability to rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
Team player with positive and can do attitude.
Maturity and business understanding in diverse sectors.
