Our client in the real estate sector is seeking to recruit a Client Relationship Manager who will report to the Managing Director / Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
Managing client expectation throughout the project from CRP to Handover.
Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings and site visit with clients.
Preparing real estate forms and documents together with internal Real Estate teams.
Coordinating with site manager, development manager and project manager to assist buyers change request.
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices and mortgages - Liaise with banker.
Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
Present variation order to clients, follow up on approvals and rejections.
Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Prepare contracts together with legal team, purchase agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
Maintain the real estate knowledge (foreigner scheme), and abide to laws.
Ensure all documents are well received for KYC check by legal team.
Ensure all documents are well received and certified for signature of VEFA / Deed of sales.
Managing a client database and preparing reports.
Assisting with closing processes.
Performing other duties as assigned.
what you need to know
Profiles:
Degree in Marketing, PR, Sales or any other related fields.
Relevant previous experience in client relationship management ideally within real estate industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft office.
Excellent communication skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for building rapport with client and conveying information effectively.
Organizational skills : The ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, pripritize tasks, and stay organized is important for success in this role.
