Key Responsibilities:

Oversee compliance with company law and regulations, ensuring all filings are accurate and timely.
Provide guidance on corporate governance issues to the board and management.
Coordinate the logistics of board and committee meetings, including documentation and follow-ups.
Draft proper minutes of meetings.
Maintain corporate records and documentation, ensuring they are up to date and accessible.
Assist in shareholder communications and annual general meeting preparations.
