Our client operates in various sectors, knowingly agribusiness, hospitality, logistics, finance, education and ICT and is currently seeking to recruit a Country Manager who will oversee the operations of the company in Seychelles including operations and new business development.

The position will be based in Seychelles.


Develop plans for group and companies’ growth and improvement of sales.
Setting-up and maintaining appropriate synergies between the group entities.
Grow value locally while building an inclusive business wherever possible.
Assist project teams to follow on progress and facilitate steps locally.
Ensure that all aspects of the businesses operate smoothly and in line with group values.
Create and maintain excellent relations with the authorities.

what you need to know

Recognized Bachelor Degree in Management.
Minimum 10 years experience in the agro or manufacturing industry.
Past experience in agro industry projects and sales and marketing would be an advantage.
Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
Capabilities to develop others to maximize organizational effectiveness.
Aptitude to lead teams efficiently with demonstrated skills to create and set a strategic direction.
Ability to build open and trusting relationships.
Organizational and negotiation skills.
