Our client is looking for an ambitious and motivated candidate for the post of Creative Lead for its communication department.
Make sure creative concepts, projects and workflows are aligned with the overall brand strategy for the company.
Lead the creative process from idea to concept, from production to launch, ensuring excellence, alignment and quality of design thinking throughout.
Develop and manage relationships with agency partners and production suppliers.
Develop creative concepts and ideas.
Drive and elevate the standard of work continuously.
Work on a variety of projects such as magazine, annual reports, posters, events and internal corporate communications accordingly to the brief given by the head of communications.
Responsible for the overall visual aspects of any projects.
Assist operations as and when required.
Assist in the organisation of events.
what you need to know
Degree in Graphic Design / Multimedia or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.
An extensive design portfolio.
Detailed oriented and creatively driven, possessing strong time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to produce high quality work regardless on project size.
Up to date knowledge of programs such as Abode, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Powerpoint.
Have an exceptional design eye.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills, versatile, work ethics, positive attitude.
Dynamic personality, autonomous, perseverant, team player.
