Our client in the agricultural sector is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Officer who will report to the Customer Service Lead. The incumbent will liaise with buyers once sales contracts are finalised and ensure goods ordered reach on time and as per specifications.
Responsibilities:
Know well the customer.
Effective follow up of all details concerning quantity, type of product, format, shipping plan.
Proper invoicing and follow up on settlement of invoice.
Feedback to customers, whenever required.
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure zero occurrence on delivery date, quality, quantity, documentation required.
Handling customer complaints effectively and close the loop.
what you need to know
Profile:
HSC /A level.
Diploma in Customer Relationship Management.
At least 3 years’ experience in Order Management Process (preferably export customers).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools.
Organised and focused on details.
Fluent in English and French (both oral and written).
Team Player.
Good negotiating skills.
Ability to build relationship with stakeholders.
Proactive.
