Our client in the garment manufacturing sector is currently seeking to recruit a Human Resources Manager who will report to the General Manager.
Ensure the establishment and updating of procedures and processes relating to the management of human resources at the company.
Takes all necessary and adequate measures to ensure optimal management of all human resources of the company.
Participate in the definition of the group's social policy and supervise its implementation, which includes all areas of human resources management, such as:
recruitments, salary management, monitoring of training and promotion plans, respect for schedules and organization of holidays, compliance with labor and social security legislation and health and safety rules, maintaining a good social climate, litigation management.
Assists and ensures the proper functioning of the services placed under his/her responsibility.
Report to General Management on all data relating to human resources management.

Bachelor degree in Human Resources/MBA.
Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge working laws.
Can work on his/her own.
Serious and organised.
Available for long term project.
