Our client in the Financial sector is seeking to recruit a Human Capital Executive who will report to the Group Head of Human Capital. The incumbent will be responsible in delivering generalist HC operational services and assist in the elaboration of human capital schemes / strategies.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, deliver and coordinate the delivery of trainings encompassing a wide range of technical and soft trainings.
Overseee the recruitment needs of assigned and ensure the fulfillement of vacancies as per defined targets.
Participate as may be identified on specific recruitment and selection campaign identified at group level.
Coordinate of the performance management process, to ensure adherence to each step of the annual cycle.
Assist Managers across in the definition of the annual objectives/kpis of their employees.
Assist in the development of engagement and high performance culture.
Assist in the review of all matters pertaining to employee's benefits and well-being
Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance and reduce legal risks.
Handlle relatively complexe employee relations, poor performance and disciplinary issues.
Suggest ways on building wellness, improving workforce retention, and boosting productivity.
Participate in the identification and organisation of group events.
Participate as per assignments specifically entrusted in the implementation of the recommendations of the Human Capital committees.
Design and conduct of employee surveys related to employee's development as may be assigned, analysed outcomes and come-up with relevant recommendations.
Drafting of specific policies/procedures as assigned.
Participate in HC digitalisation initiative to ensure sustainability and efficient delivery of HC services.
Own the maintenance of of the HRMS to ensure that the system is at all time current across the Group.
what you need to know
Profiles:
Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related fields .
At least 5 years experience within human resources, ideally within the Financial Sector.
Talent management tools .
Project management .
Excellent knowledge of relevant prevailing labour laws, & functioning of IR entities e.g. Redundancy board .
Communication and presentation skills.
Good planning and organisation skills.
Meeting with client expectations.
