Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic candidate for the post of Human Capital Executive.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Assist in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support the administration of Human Capital programs, such as performance management and disciplinary processes.
Assist with payroll and ad-hoc Human Capital projects.
Produce and submit reports on general Human Capital activity.
Promote a harmonious work environment in the outlets to build on employee engagement.
what you need to know
Profile:
BSc in Human Resources Management or any other equivalent qualifications.
At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar position.
Conversant with MS Office Suite.
Experience in the retail sector will constitute an advantage.
Positive proactive team player with a dynamic personality.
Effective communication, organizational and time management skills.
Ability to demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Detail and results-oriented.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Holder of a valid driving license.
