. Maintaining the company pan African payroll rules
. Payroll outsourcing services
. Responsible for the management planning and execution of payroll processes and systems in order to ensure payroll processing occurs in an accurate and timely manner.
. Responsible for the development and coordination of business-wide processes and procedures for payroll management.
what you need to know
Diploma / Degree Level in relevant fields.
Experience in payroll with multiple countries in Africa, as a Payroll Officer within an international organisation would be a plus.
Experience with payroll outsourcing.
Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive material, and maintain a high level of integrity.
Maintain strong and meaningful relationships with others.
Structured, rigorous and professional individual.
Good Communication skills, English is mandatory / French.
Accustomed to Labour Laws.
