Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Legal and Compliance Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting their legal and compliance functions.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of litigation processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Oversee the drafting, review, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
Implement and maintain data protection protocols in alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
Assist in the development and execution of compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support HR in addressing legal matters and managing disciplinary processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Provide corporate secretarial support, ensuring proper governance and documentation.
what you need to know
Profile:
Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3) in Business, Law, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in high-level administration, preferably within a legal or financial institution, with a focus on compliance.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
