Our client a major player in the banking African market in Mauritius is seeking to recruit a Manager HR and Administration who will report directly to the CEO. The incumbent will be responsible for full employee HR life cycle activities for the employee complement in Mauritius and managing the local administration function.
Responsibilities
End to end Recruitment including market mapping and search techniques.
Understand of local employment and labour laws.
Reward management and Salary Surveys.
Performance Management.
HR Operations, Risk and Governance.
Payroll processing and governance.
HR MI, analytics and reporting.
Job evaluation.
Employee Relations (IR).
Dispute resolution and disciplinary proceedings.
Learning, Leadership and Development processes.
Talent and Succession Management.
what you need to know
Profile
Minimum Under Graduate degree preferably in HR or Human Sciences.
At least 7 years in Human Resource / People related experience preferably in the Banking, Management Company, Financial Services Sector.
Experience and Skills: Experience HR and basic administration related exposure on managing the office premises, utilities, and procurement.
