Our client a major player in the FMCG sector, is seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager for its Marketing Department.
Develop and implement the group marketing strategy for defined product categories, in line with overall business objectives.
Oversee all aspects of the brands and seeks to ensure its future success through implementation by the marketing operations teams in all markets the company serves.
Formulate the category marketing strategy together with the Senior Manager - Marketing Operations and detailed brand plans, ensuring effective implementation and analysis of performance results.
Manage the category P&L ensuring that all strategic initiatives and new product developments meet overall profitability targets.
Manage ROI analysis on key promotional activities against planned action standards presenting results and recommendations to Senior Manager - Marketing Operations and commercial teams.
Effectively manage relationships with all external supplers to ensure that agreed objectives are delivered on time and within budget.
Effectively manage communication and strong relationships with all internal stakeholders both local and international.
Participate in the recruitment process as per approved manpower plan.
Manage performance through effective implementation of the PMS processes.
Ensure development of talent based on organisation and individual needs.
Ensure that company policies , procedures and business ethics/ codes are communicated and implemented within the team and observed at all times.
what you need to know
Degree in Marketing.
Minimum of 5 years' experience with at least 3 years in Brand Advertising.
Solid Leadership skills, Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles.
Excellent presentation, writing and analytical skills.
Strong project management skills.
Strategic thinker and creative marketer.
