Our client in the Global Business Sector is seeking to recruit a Program Manager who will be responsible to lead projects, facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables. He/She will also be involved in designing new processes and change management strategy and prepare, interpret and present dashboards to Management.

Responsibilities:

Develop full scale project plans, including timelines for deliverables.
Define specific project tasks and relevant resource requirements.
Manage project budget and resource allocation effectively.
Track project deliverables using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Provide direction and support to project team.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of project to stakeholders.
Identify potential gaps and is constantly on the lookout for ways to improve processes for higher deliverables.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Manage, prioritise and execute multiple projects from concept to completion and works within tight deadlines.
Design different business concepts related to change management and new processes to help in the overall effectiveness of the project.
Develop best practices for project execution and management to ensure the flawless execution of projects.
Report and escalate to top management as/when required.

what you need to know

Profiles:

Degree holder and/or holder of a professional qualification.
At least 9 to 12 years of work experience preferably in leading transformational projects.
At least 3 years of proven project management experience demonstrating appropriate methodologies.
Proficiency in administering Microsoft operating systems and tools, including MS Project.
An analytical mindset is required to understand and document business processes, mapping them into requirements.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience of influencing and negotiating successful outcomes.
Motivated self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a global team.
Ability to be a strategic thinker.
