Our client in the Property Sector is seeking to recruit a highly self-motivated and results-driven professional for the post of Project Senior Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of project plans, addressing operational, financial, and administrative aspects.
Coordinate the development, budgeting, and timely delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Financial Management:
Prepare and monitor project budgets, financial forecasts, and variances.
Develop business plans and financial feasibilities to support loan applications and assess project profitability.
Conduct financial reporting and risk analysis, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
Project Planning and Development:
Spearhead project initiatives, from initial conceptualization to final delivery.
Oversee the acquisition of permits, track project progress, and ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
Manage land bank development.
Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with marketing teams to align project offerings with market demand.
what you need to know
Profile:
Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.
An MBA or equivalent can be an advantage.
At least 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading projects.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and working in different industries is preferred.
Strong operational acumen with expertise in finance, marketing, administration, and asset management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects.
Strong leadership capabilities with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
Effective communicator with strong negotiation skills.
Customer focused and excellent relationship skills.
