Our client in the financial services is seeking to recruit a dynamic Receptionist/Secretary who will report to the Chief Executive.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the proper operation of the main PABX system, answering calls, taking messages.
Greet the clients and visitors at the reception desk and guide them towards the right department/offices.
Receive all incoming mails and directing them to the office of the Secretaries for registration.
Assist the Executive Secretary, when needed, in the administration of the Executive Office.
Any other cognate duties delegated from time to time by the Chief Executive and the Executive Secretary.
what you need to know
Profile:
HSC with diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognise institution.
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
Good presentation with pleasant personality.
Polite and elegant.
Good communication skills in both English and French.
