Our client, a major player in the leasing sector, is part of a multi-national group. The company is seeking to recruit a dynamic and self-motivated Risk and Compliance Manager.

Set up, design and revise the risk management processes.
Collaborate to identify and evaluate the existing and emerging risks, assess the mitigating controls in place and propose structured action plans.
Be an advocate of the risk culture.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as relevant rules, regulations and legislations.
Elaborate the compliance plan.
Ensure regular compliance reviews and assess the level of adherence to the policies and procedures.
Provide guided assistance to other departments on compliance, process and control matters by means of checklists, flowcharts and risk identification and monitoring.
Highlight and report any non-compliance to the procedures, policies and regulations across the depts.
Liaise with the Internal Auditor to ensure cohesion in the various controls that are implemented.
Ensure due follow-up on all non-compliance areas and take appropriate actions.

what you need to know

Degree holder in Law and Management or Risk Management.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Credit Risk in the financial services sector.
