Our client in the advertising sector is seeking to recruit a Sales Admin Support who will report to the Sales and Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales team in providing customer service with clerical and administrative duties, like answering current and prospective customers' queries.
Managing schedules for the Sales Account Managers.
Maintain and update database of customers, sales report and work closely with different departments.
what you need to know
Profile:
HSC or Diploma in Sales or Business Administration.
1 year experience in sales position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
Being a Team Player with a great personality is a requisite.
