Our client engages in the manufacture and supply of building materials. It operates through the Building Materials and Agriculture business segments. The company is seeking to recruit a dynamic Sales Manager who will report to the General Manager.
Participate in the setting up of the strategic sales plan.
Ensure effective implementation and follow-up of sales plan.
Organize and follow up of day to day sales activity including distribution.
Prepare regular report and come up with appropriate analysis, recommendation and action plan.
Define appropriate Training & Support to sales representatives.
Handle customer complaints and follow up accordingly.
Propose adequate solutions and alternatives to better fulfill market needs.
what you need to know
MSc or MBA in Sales or an equivalent qualification with at least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
System and customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Computer literate (experience with software solutions).
Valid driving license.
High level of initiative, team-oriented and self-motivated.
Strong interpersonal, excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
