Our client in the construction sector is seeking to recruit a Sales & Marketing Manager. The incumbent will require a combination of strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales management to achieve revenue targets and foster strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development.
Market Expansion and Sales Execution.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration across the Group of companies.
Strategic sales partnerships and operations.
Be acquainted with the technical details of the pool of products of the company.
Ensuring the Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Sales budgeted figures are achieved.
Develop new client's database to continuously boost the company's products sales through networking, events, PR & customer contacts.
what you need to know
Profiles:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and event planning.
Previous experience in the home solution or real estate industry is a plus.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and analytically.
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of success.
Strong Negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
