Our client in the farming sector is seeking to recruit a Store Coordinator who will report to the Supply Chain Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for leading and motivating teams to maintain efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate and train a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Oversee the daily operations of the stores.
Ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient stock management.
Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes.
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.
Monitor and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Production Management, or equivalent qualifications.
Proven experience in a store management or supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
A self starter with a roll up sleeve approach.
Proficiency in MS tools and WMS software.
A proactive leader with a solid background in inventory management and a keen understanding of food safety protocols.
