Our client, in the Management Consultancy is seeking to recruit a Syndic Manager who will act as the executive body responsible for implementing the co-ownership rules, maintaining a book of records, and ensuring the efficient management of the property.
Responsibilities:
Building Upkeep:
Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the building/ Morc. This encompasses tasks such as repairing leaks, maintaining elevators, and ensuring the cleanliness of communal areas.
Collecting Syndic Fees:
Responsible for collecting syndic fees from building tenants or owners.
Enforcing Building Rules and Regulations:
Responsible for enforcing the rules to maintain a harmonious living or working environment.
Resolving Issues:
Acts as intermediaries between building occupants, whether owners or tenants, and the management and responsible for addressing and resolving any issues or grievances raised by residents.
AGM:
Prepare and hold some associations general assemblies.
Election of the Syndic:
It is vital for building residents to participate in the election of the Syndic to ensure proper administration and maintenance of the property.
Any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.
what you need to know
Profile:
A Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Management/ Project Management/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years working experience, with references.
Experience in Syndic management or Project Management will be an advantage.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Syndic management process & Règlement de Copropriété.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Good planning skills.
Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
Possess excellent customer service skills.
