Our client in the construction sector is seeking to recruit a highly skilled, self-motivated, and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join the growing organisation.
Responsibilities:
Be able to perform highly technical mechanical or diagnostic tests.
Agreeing budgets, timescales, and specifications with managers.
Maintaining and modifying equipment to ensure safety and efficiency and to make recommendations to maintenance team.
Liaise with suppliers for technical information.
Providing technical advice, analysis and interpretation of technical drawings and schematics.
Implementation of operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions and provide technical information.
Install and maintain mechanical equipment, systems, and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
To be able to work independently.
Ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, suppliers, and co-workers.
what you need to know
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in a business.
Fluent in English and French.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, with an ability to produce analytical reports.
