Our client in the Funds and Financial Institution is seeking to recruit a Team Leader Fund Administration who will report to the Manager Fund Administration.
Responsibilities:
Provide support and guidance to Fund Administrators in the day-to-day servicing of administration including dealing with technical issues related to the setting up of Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) and other regulated entities incorporated within the company.
Plan and organise workload to ensure timely delivery as per service level agreements and review work for juniors.
Act as intermediary between clients and other stakeholders and service providers (including regulators, authorities and other financial institutions).
Co-ordinate and assist with preparation of board meeting materials.
Attend meeting of directors, shareholders and committee of trustees.
Monitor compliance with local rules and regulations as well as international best-practices.
Ensure due diligence exercise are carried out as per established procedures and provision of company secretarial duties are in line with prevailing legislations.
Ensure that all client companies are compliant with prevailing Laws and regulations.
Assist management in developing and implementing new procedures and systems.
Ad-hoc duties as and when required on request of the Head of Department.
what you need to know
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Law & Management, Management, Business Administration.
or Holder of a Professional qualification (ICSA/ACCA/ACA).
Minimum of 5 years within the global business sector.
Minimum 2 years’ experience supervisory role within the fund administration field.
Knowledge of Fund administration platforms and softwares (MicroGen,Paxus,etc) would be an advantage.
A can do, positive attitude.
Dynamic, committed and proactive.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Good team player, with strong customer service drive.
Up to date with relevant legislations and regulations.
