Our client in the ICT Sector is currently seeking to recruit a Junior Administrative Project Coordinator who will work closely with the project and sales team members and the other leads to help deliver major organisational projects efficiently. The Junior Administrative Project Coordinator will assist in the administrative tasks, such as document and information distribution, report collation and communication support.
Responsibilities:
Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams.
Providing information and regular support to stakeholders.
Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, documentation, outcomes.
Daily monitoring of helpdesk issues resolution.
Retro planning of 'small / quick win project'.
Assist in meeting / weekly scrum when needed .
Update project kanban as and when required following weekly scrum.
Follow up of Design / Content phase of project before going into dev phase.
Creating and reviewing of reports as and when needed / required.
Administrative support to create quotes.
Following up on the sales pipeline.
Creating and maintaining sales report for the sales team.
Following up on the billing Contrat and signature status.
Being the point of contact for various working groups.
Any other duties as assigned by management.
what you need to know
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
1 year working experience will be a plus.
Excellent listener with superb note taking skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strategic and creative mindset.
Team-oriented and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
Excellent interpersonal, visual, oral, and written communication skills.
Strong project management and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and Jira.
