Our client, located in the Central West Coast of the island, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Bike Guide & Operations Supervisor to join its team.
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties and assist in day-to-day operations.
Welcome, advise, and complete formalities with customers.
Conduct informative and engaging tours for visitors.
Share detailed knowledge of tour themes (History / Flora / Fauna).
Brief customers on 'Code de la Route', accessories, and safety protocols.
Lead customers on selected guided tours ensuring safety and comfort of all participants.
Maintain and clean equipment ensure quality control.
Handle enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
Maintain tour statistics and reports.
Assist in tour design and logistics management.
Promote tours via social media and manage digital marketing channels.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
Provide instructions, maintain discipline, and support teamwork.
Supervise, lead, and motivate co-workers.
Perform any other related duties as required.

Profile:
HSC.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Customer-service oriented, friendly, and well-presented.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends & public holidays.
Passion for outdoor activities and adventure experiences.
First Aid Certification (Training can be provided).
Team leadership.
Hold a valid Driving Licence.
