Our client, one of the pioneer and leader of end to end IT and digital solutions in Mauritius, is looking to recruit a Senior Business Consultant (ERP) to join its team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct User Requirements Gathering.
Prepare Technical Documentation (FRD, User Manual, etc.).
Configure Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to meet customer requirements.
Implement Microsoft Dynamics Business Central through the full project life cycle as part of a Project Team.
Customize and test of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Develop / Customize APIs for system integration.
Provide support to customers.
Assist in responding to Tenders.
Conduct demos for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Project Implementation:
Participate in all phases of the project life cycle; including User Requirements Gathering; System Design; Development / Customization, Data Migration; User Acceptance Testing; Training and Live Implementation.
Implement Microsoft Applications (Navision & Business Central ERP) and developing interfaces.
Have a good understanding of the project variables e.g. scope, schedule, system solution and Architecture, Quality requirements and project goals.
Formalize request for change from customer, analyze the overall implications on the project parameters, discuss with Team Leader/ Project Manager and, if necessary, obtain approval, implement change, record the change, and update the implicated document.

Customers:
Responsible to provide effective solutions to the client’s business.
To assist clients in mapping and streamlining / reengineering business practices to implement Microsoft Applications (Navision / Business Central) and interfacing with existing client systems, using standardized implementation methodology.
Provide support to existing and new customers in the implementation of Microsoft Applications (Navision / Business Central).

Administrative Duties:
Assist in the preparation of all associated documentation.
