Our client, a specialist in water treatment in Mauritius is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Planner. The incumbent will be responsible for planning and organizing technical interventions in order to optimize the use of resources and ensure that intervention deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:

Planning:
Develop and manage the technicians' intervention schedule.
Prioritize interventions based on urgency, contracts, and client needs.
Adjust schedules according to unforeseen circumstances.

Coordination:
Coordinate interventions with B2B and B2C commercial teams.
Ensure communication between technicians, the Manager, and the commercial teams.

Intervention Monitoring:
Monitor the progress of planned interventions.
Verify the submission and accuracy of intervention reports.
Follow up on pending or delayed interventions.

Operational Organization:
Prepare interventions (site access, equipment, necessary spare parts).
Organize urgent or critical interventions.
Prepare technical and monthly reports.

Work Organization:

Daily:
Prepare and validate the technicians' schedule.
Conduct a quick briefing with technicians on the day's interventions.
Organize urgent interventions.
Monitor the progress of daily operations.

Weekly:
Adjust the schedule according to operational workload.
Follow up on unfinished interventions.

Monthly:
Analyze the technical teams' workload.
Optimize planning and resource allocation.

what you need to know

Profile:

HSC.
Minimun of two years experience in a similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
