Our client in the FMCG is seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Manager - Modern Trade to join the Commercial Team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the Modern Trade sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
Manage relationships with key retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, and annual business plans with key accounts.
Monitor sales performance, profitability, and market trends.
Lead, coach, and motivate the Modern Trade sales team.
Ensure excellent in-store execution, visibility, and product availability.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to optimize business performance.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
what you need to know
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in FMCG sales, including Modern Trade management.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Valid driving manual licence.
