Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic, strategic, and highly experienced professional for the position of Head of Human Resources to lead the people strategy of the Group. This is a senior executive position responsible for HR Management, talent acquisition and development, Remuneration and Benefits, culture and workforce wellbeing.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership team, the successful candidate will assume a pivotal leadership position in driving the organisation’s people strategy, strengthening HR governance and operational excellence, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting the organisation’s continued growth and transformation.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Human Resources strategy, policies, and operational plans in alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives.
Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the HR team across HR related processes including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee welfare.
Drive organisational development, succession planning, talent management, and workforce planning initiatives to support business growth and sustainability.
Manage disciplinary matters, investigations, grievance handling, and employee relations processes in line with applicable legislation and internal policies.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR governance standards.
Lead an interactions with various external stakeholders including local authorities and professional bodies.
Develop and implement employee engagement, culture enhancement, wellness, and retention initiatives to strengthen organisational culture and employee experience.
Monitor HR metrics, analyse workforce trends, and provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to Management.
Lead HR transformation projects, process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and continuous improvement programmes.
Provide strategic advisory support to and the Senior leadership teams on all HR-related matters.

what you need to know

Profile:

Degree and/or postgraduate/professional qualification in Human Resources Management, Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Above 12 years' proven experience in Human Resources Management, including at least 8 years at Managerial position.
Sound knowledge of employment legislation, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management practices.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities with the ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
Proven experience in managing recruitment, organisational development, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
Ability to operate effectively within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with Management, regulatory authorities, service providers, and business partners.
Established professional network within the HR and/or financial services sector would constitute an advantage.
