Our client in the manufacturing is seeking to recruit a Marketing Support to join its team. The Marketing Support will be responsible to provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Department by coordinating marketing activities, maintaining records, processing documentation, managing budgets, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Maintain marketing department files, records, and databases.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Manage marketing calendars and activity schedules.
Handle departmental correspondence and communications.
Maintain accurate records of marketing expenditures.
Track monthly marketing expenses against approved budgets.
Track delivery of marketing materials and services.
Assist in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and promotional activities.

what you need to know

Profile:

Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field deemed acceptable by the Company.
At least 2 years proven experience in administration, marketing coordination, or commercial support functions.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Good communication, coordination and teamwork abilities.
Punctual, reliable and committed to regular attendance.
Sound understanding of ERP systems (e.g SAP, Oracle).
Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook, PowerPoint, etc).
