Our client, a dynamic and diversified group of companies with interests in the production, importation, distribution and marketing of alcoholic beverages and other consumer products, is seeking to recruit a motivated, experienced, and results-oriented professional to join the team as Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will lead the Group's HR function and work closely with senior management to develop and implement human resource strategies that support the Group's business objectives while fostering a positive, high performing workplace.

Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices across the Group.
Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, career development, and succession planning.
Advising management on employment legislation, labour relations, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution and HR best practices.
Supporting employee engagement initiatives, relations matter and promoting a positive organisational culture.
Identifying training and development needs and coordinating learning programmes.
Ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Preparing HR reports, workforce analytics, and management information to support strategic decision-making.
Overseeing payroll administration in collaboration with the Finance Department

what you need to know

Profile:

A University Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Psychology, or another relevant disciipline.
A minimum of fifteen years' experience in a Human Resources role, including at least six years' relevant experience at senior managerial level.
Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong organisational and problem solving abilities.
High standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems will be an advantage.
