Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit an Accounts and Admin Clerk who will report to the Accountant and Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Accounts Payable: Process and verify invoices, purchase orders.
Accounts Receivable: Process with invoices and follow up with debtors.
Prepare costing.
Collaborate with the finance team to maintain up-to-date financial records.
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Sales departments.

what you need to know

Profile:

Minimum: Higher School Certificate.
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation.
Attention to Detail.
Good organizational and Communication Skills.
