Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk who will be responsible for keeping record of accounts and book keeping.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily petty cash and keeping proper records of expenses.
Handling cash in accordance with receipt provided.
Request petty cash and balance so that there is no discrepancy.
Prepare purchase order as per requested.
Follow up on orders.
Prepare supplier invoices and Sales invoices.
To match proforma Invoice with description of goods.
To perform stock inventory.
Reconcile bank Statement with issued cheques.
To bank cash and cheque weekly received from client.

what you need to know

Profile:

HSC with Accounting.
At least 2 years experience in a similar position.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Use of pastel System.
Knowledge of Accounting principles.
Planning and organizing
Time Management.
Attention to Details.
Team Spirit and Customer Focus
