Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain general ledger, journals, and financial records.
Record daily financial transactions accurately.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial data.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
Process vendor invoices and payments.
Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections.
Reconcile supplier and customer statements.
Bank & Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements regularly.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and balances.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support management with financial data and analysis.
Budget & Expense Monitoring:
Assist in preparing budgets.
Track expenses against budget allocations.
Report variances to management.

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally, Oracle).
