Our client, a high-profile institution in the banking sector is currently seeking to recruit motivated and experienced candidate for the post of Administrative Assistant. Reporting to the CEO, the Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the organisation by providing administrative support.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule and manage the CEO's calendar, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel.
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Ensure timely and appropriate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized.
Draft, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
Prepare meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting notes.
Coordinate logistics, catering, and other event-related tasks.
Greet and assist visitors and clients.
Handle inquiries and providing information.
what you need to know
Profile:
Qualification in Secretarial Studies with experience in an administrative role, OR
Several extensive years of experience in a similar position would also be considered.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
