Our client is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and correspondence.
Maintain files, scanning documents, data entry, and preparing reports or presentations.
Order supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing office inventory.
Perform basic bookkeeping, such as processing invoices and tracking expense reports.

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and equipment (printers, scanners).
