Our client in the engineering sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Administrative Officer.

Responsibilities:

Provide support and administrative assistance to the Sales & Proposal teams. He/she is also responsible for coordinating, follow-up, tracking and reporting on sales jobs, clients' needs and work in progress.
Follow up with clients for potential orders and rejection.
Perform cost control.
Conduct comprehensive audit of jobs, detect anomalies and report same to the HOD.
Follow up with clients that HOCs and POs are received within set deadlines set.
Follow with the Salespersons and clients to ensure that contract terms are respected - payments, delivery, Client Supply Forms, Customer Satisfaction Appraisal Forms.
Assist the Proposals Department to get the reliable information like disbursement costs, bank charges, etc, to complete tenders in due time.
Assist the Sales Team to schedule clients' visits and meet clients' stakeholders to help promote a smooth flow of the work.
Investigate on the sales hit rate and see the reason of losing projects and liaise with clients for feedback.
