Our client is seeking to recruit a dynamic Administrative Officer who will support the Administrative Executive in ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations.
Perform secretarial tasks.
Provide financial support.
Assist in managing IT Office infrastructure and equipment.
what you need to know
Profile:
HSC/Degree in Business Administration or management or equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in the field.
Proficiency in MS Office apps and familiarity with IT Tools and systems.
Knowledge of OneDrive, AI Oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Fluent in English both speaking and written.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
Proven experience in office administration or secretarial position, ideally in Banking or Financial Services.
Ability to work under pressure.
Working on Saturday if and when required.
