Our client is seeking to recruit an Administrative Officer who will report to the Manager.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily administrative operations of the school, including student and staff support.
Managing data entry, database updates, and maintaining organised filing and document management systems.
Coordinating procurement and supplier activities, as well as scheduling and organising meetings, events, and appointments.
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office, and processing invoices, claims, and administrative paperwork. Preparing food cost and helping with stock updates.

Profile:
HSC/degree holder with experience.
Prior experience in administrative roles or office coordination.
Proactive and responsible.
Collaborative and motivated by social impact and educational development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
Working hours may occasionally vary to support events and operational activities.
