Our client, a luxury ecotourism company, is seeking to recruit a Business Process Coordinator who will report to the Operations Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies in SMIL quoting workflows and implementing improvements that enable the team to quote smarter and faster.
Responsibilities:
Analyse quote lifecycle data to identify recurring blockers or slow points.
Review and improve software tools, templates, and systems used by Journey Guides.
Collaborate with the tech team to propose automations or integrations that reduce manual effort.
Lead micro-trainings or just-in-time coaching for recurring issues (e.g. tech tools, product knowledge gaps).
Develop and maintain living SOPs and toolkits for common or complex quote scenarios.
Track and report on key performance metrics such as quote on-time delivery rates.
Partner with Nancy and the Quote Flow Coordinator to ensure enablement efforts align with live quoting challenges.
what you need to know
Profile:
HSC / Diploma.
Experience in process improvement, enablement, or training within a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep understanding of SMIL systems and quoting processes.
Adept at creating clear documentation and playbooks.
Comfortable leading informal coaching or tech walkthroughs.
Curious, continuous improvement mindset.
