Our Client, a corporate finance advisory firm is recruiting for a strong leader to the post of Chief Operating Officer to assist and support the Managing Director in shaping and delivering the firm's commercial strategy, operational development, and long-term growth plans.

Responsibilities:

Support to the Managing Director:
Act as a strategic & executive support to the MD across planning, growth and transformation.
Provide day-to-day leadership coverage and represent the MD when needed.
Coordinate execution of board decisions and senior leadership follow-through.

Sales & Business Development:
Drive client acquisition across all service lines of the Company.
Lead integration of BD efforts and create a unified sales pipeline and CRM system.
Develop cross-practice and bundled service offerings to enhance client value.
Support major client pursuits and relationship management in local, regional and international markets.

Market Development & Service Innovation:
Identify growth opportunities in new markets, client segments, and sectors.
Collaborate with practice leads to launch differentiated and scalable services.
Design and promote cross-border outsourcing and delivery models.
Evaluate Consulting services for localisation or co-delivery.

Integration & Transformation Leadership:
Lead the execution of the Group's consulting business integration roadmap.
Oversee coordination across legal, HR, finance, technology, and branding.
Monitor milestones and ensure accountability across all workstreams.
Support alignment of organisational culture, systems, and delivery models.

Practice Oversight:
Provide leadership oversight for smaller practices / service lines.
Ensure operational alignment, resource planning, and commercial performance.
Support practice leaders to achieve integration and growth objectives.

Global Network Engagement:
Represent & promote the Company as a collaborating firm of Consulting.
Build relationships with Consulting member and collaborating firms.
Facilitate joint pursuits, knowledge sharing, and strategic alignment.
Support the Managing Director in preparing for full membership integration.

what you need to know

Profile:

Master or Degree with relevant experience.
At least 10 to 15+ years' leadership experience in consulting, corporate finance or financial services.
Strong track record in business development, commercial strategy and market entry.
Experience in managing transformation, integration, or multi-entity restructuring would be an advantage.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement across executive and cross-functional levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in fast-moving, multi-dimensional environments.
