Our client in the management sector is seeking to recruit a Company Secretary.

Responsibilities:

Regularly interact with directors and senior stakeholders.
Drafting of governance documents, liaising with regulators, and mentoring junior colleagues.
Organize, prepare, and attend Board and General Meetings, and ensure proper maintenance of statutory records.
Draft minutes, resolutions, notices, and annual reports in accordance with legal standards.
Maintain the company's statutory registers and ensure proper documentation of corporate records.
Monitor changes in legal and regulatory environments and advise the board on any implications.

what you need to know

Profile:

Fully qualified CGI member.
Five years of experience.
Strong knowledge of corporate laws, secretarial standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
