Our client in the import and export sector is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Indoor Sales. Utilizing a high energy approach, the Customer Service - Indoor Sales will clearly identify current customer needs for the services and how they can benefit from partnering with company on every shipment. Providing excellent customer service is essential. The Indoor Sales contributes to a large factor the success of the sales department. The Indoor Sales is the link to the Customer, the service providers/principals and the sales department to provide that best service proposition at an advantageous pricing.
Responsibilities:
Help manage current customer accounts.
Deal with a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
Follow up on import and export shipments.
Keep good communication with our agents.
Maintain excellent relationships with carriers and customers.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers and principals.
Check invoice sent by suppliers/principals rendering required services.
Issue invoices for service provided to customers.
Solve customer and principals' problems and help resolve issues.
Request quotations from service providers/principals.
Provide quotations to customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
Respond promptly to internal and external customers.
Excellent multitasking skills within the work space as well as computer software programs.
Be a professional representative of the company that other employees look up to.
Perform sales call.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures when in place.

Issue correct invoices to customers.
