Our client is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Officer who will report to the Customer Service Lead. The successful candidate will liaise with buyers once sales contracts are finalized and will ensure that goods ordered are delivered on time and in accordance with the required specifications. The role is key in ensuring complete customer satisfaction while upholding a strong champion service culture.

Responsibilities:

Know your customer.
Follow up accurately on all order details including quantity, product type, format, and shipping plan.
Prepare proper invoicing for all orders and ensure timely follow-up on invoice settlement to avoid overdue payments.
Provide timely and professional feedback to customers whenever required.
Maintain clear, consistent communication to build trust and satisfaction.
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure zero errors related to: delivery dates, quality, quantity, documentation required.
Coordinate effectively to avoid disruptions in the supply chain.
Handling customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure effective resolution and close the loop to prevent recurrence.

what you need to know

Profile:

HSC /A level.
At least 3 years' experience in Customer Service.
Advanced skills in Microsoft tools.

Skills:
Organized, disciplined and focused on details.
Fluent in English and French both oral and written.
Team Player.
Good negotiating skills & Proactive.
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Strong Logistics knowledge.
