Our client in the construction sector is seeking to recruit a Finance Manager. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the General accounting, financial reporting and statutory compliance of a group of companies. The job role consists of providing financial administration support to the business by maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
Responsibilities:
Prepare Cash flow, forecasts and manage liquidity.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial returns.
Assist in the preparation of Management Accounts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and tax regulations.
Process monthly returns - VAT, TDS, CSG.
Supervise and coach finance team members.
Liaise with auditors, banks and other stakeholders.
what you need to know
Profile:
Qualified Accountant with ACCA / CA.
At least 5 years of working experience at Management level, preferably in the construction industry.
Knowledge of Sage Pastel will be an added advantage.
