Our client is seeking to recruit a Financial Controller who will be responsible for the finance function.

Responsibilities:


Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis:

Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting future financial performance, and analyzing variances.
Financial Planning: Developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's overall goals.
Strategic Planning: Contributing to the company's strategic planning process and providing financial expertise.
Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity.
Investment Decisions: Evaluating and recommending investment opportunities.
Capital Structure: Managing the company's capital structure to optimize financing costs.
Capital Needs: Assessing the company's funding requirements, considering factors like growth plans, operational expenses, and potential acquisitions.

Preparing and reporting financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.

Leadership and Management:

Team Leadership: Leading and managing the finance team, providing guidance and support.
Communication: Communicating financial information to the CEO, board, and other stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identifying and managing financial risks.
Strategic Advisor: Providing financial advice and recommendations to the CEO and board.
Vendor Relationships: Managing relationships with vendors and financial institutions.
Investor Relations: Ac ng as a key point of contact for investors, building relationships and communicating the company's financial performance and future prospects.
Negotiating with Investors: Negotiating with investors, lenders, and other financial partners to secure favorable funding terms.
Structuring Financing: Structuring the financing deal, considering factors like equity dilution, debt covenants, and repayment schedules.
