The Harel Mallac Group, a well-established Mauritian Group, is seeking its Group CFO to join the executive leadership team and drive Finance Transformation strategies to strengthen the group’s resilience and competitiveness.
Reporting to the CEO, the candidate main responsibilities will be to:
Lead the Group's financial strategy, governance, and risk management.
Act as strategic advisor on investments, M&A, and international expansion.
Drive digitalisation of financial processes and business intelligence.
Oversee ESG & sustainability reporting and compliance (IFRS, SASB, GRI).
Manage treasury, cash flow, tax planning, and capital allocation.
Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse finance team.
what you need to know
The Profile:
Fellow Member of a recognised accounting body (CA, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of senior financial management experience.
Proven track record in international finance, M&A, digital finance tools, and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
